These Terms and Conditions apply to the Pahadi Vivah mobile application (hereafter referred to as the “Application”), created and provided by Agoxn (the “Service Provider”) as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
You are not permitted to copy, modify, or create derivative versions of the Application, including attempts to extract its source code, translate it, or reproduce any part of it. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to update, modify, or charge for any services at any time. Any charges will be clearly communicated beforehand.
The Application stores and processes personal data provided by you. You are responsible for keeping your device and access secure.
The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this can compromise security features and may cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application uses third-party services with their own Terms & Conditions:
Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application fails due to lack of connectivity or limited data usage.
If used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile provider’s data charges may apply. You accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming costs.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged. The Service Provider is not liable if you cannot access the Application due to your device running out of battery.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third-party sources. They accept no liability for losses incurred due to reliance on the Application’s data.
The Application may need updates to remain compatible with device operating systems. You agree to install updates when provided.
The Service Provider may discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination:
